Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times:

• 🇲🇩 Moldova: 2–4 business days
• 🇷🇴 Romania & EU: 5–10 business days
• 🌍 International: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
