Return & Refund Policy – Sky Store

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to initiate a return: Contact us at [email@skystore.md] with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was incorrectly delivered.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns on personalized items, digital products, or items marked as "Final Sale."
